Pick a Season is a cute stamp set that is FREE with your purchase of $75. This tree has open space to stamp out a wide variety of images for so many occasions. I combined 3 leaf clovers with roses. One technique that I enjoy is ink blending with brushes and that’s why I chose this stamp set. Ink blending is easy to do, which will be explained below.

Hi Friends,
Here we are close to another weekend. I had a very productive week in my stamp room. How about you?
Tomorrow I am going to my friend’s house to stamp for the day. She has so many stamp sets that I don’t have so I thought I’d take a look-see and play. I’m so excited!
I continue to make cards for my Sale-a-Bration workshop/stamp camp on January 25, 2025. If you live in the Sarnia area and want to join in the fun, please contact me. Seats are almost filled so please contact me right away. We will be using stamps from the January-April 2025 mini.
Card Tutorial
- Cut card front to 4″ x 5 1/4″. The card itself will be 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ scored at 4 1/4″
- Using your blending brush tap your brush into Boho Blue ink and lightly blend the colour so it covers the sky area.
- Using your blending brush tap your brush into Old Olive ink and lightly blend the colour so it covers the grass area.
- Stamp out the tree in Old Olive and the tree trunk in Early Espresso.
- Using Versamark, stamp out Love You sentiment from Ocean Friends and heat gold embossing powder until it is set.
- Wrap twine around the card front three times and then knot it.
- Glue the finished card front onto the front of the card.
As always, enjoy your paper crafting and please share your projects with me. I enjoy seeing what other creative minds come up with and am frequently inspired by them.
Happy Stampin’, Beth
