Moving to other Platforms

After much thought, I have decided it is time to close my blog.

This wasn’t an easy decision, but it feels like the right one for this season of my life. I have a new grandson, William, who has completely captured my heart. I want to spend my time loving him, playing with him, and being present in these precious years.

William has also renewed my love for scrapbooking, and I’m excited to create a scrapbook of his first year–a keepsake filled with memories we will both treasure.

I also have two beautiful granddaughters in Ottawa, and although distance makes it harder to see them as often as I’d like, I want them to always feel my love. I’m looking forward to creating for them–altered board books with flaps, paper albums with hidden pockets, and little surprises tucked inside–projects that reflect the joy and creativity we share.

As I step into this new chapter, I’m also excited to keep learning and growing creatively. I would like to teach myself Canva and continue sharing new content on my YouTube channel. Please follow the link on the right sidebar to visit my channel–and don’t forget to subscribe.

I have truly enjoyed blogging since 2007, but the time has come to close this chapter. I still work full-time and, with retirement on the horizon in a few years, I find I no longer have the time to give my blog the attention it deserves.

That said, I’m not going anywhere creatively. I will continue teaching my Stampin’ Up! classes and remain a proud Stampin’ Up! demonstrator–just in a slightly different direction. You’ll be able to find me on Facebook, where I’ll continue to share projects and host classes.
