GelliPlate Bookmarks

I love working with mixed media and felt like getting into the grove of using some of my Gelliplate papers, which I have been hoarding. You know that feeling with DSP, don’t you?

Hello Friends,

How are you? Have been enjoying nice weather? It’s been sunny this week which is always uplifting.

Today I have a girlfriend coming over to play with paint on a Gelliplate. I’m looking forward to teaching her all about it because she likes to work with product techniques too.

Bookmark Instructions

As you can see above, I made a number of bookmarks. The paint, from my gelliplate, was completely dry before I stamped onto the paper. Once I was happy with the stamping, I let the ink air dry completely before splattering white paint on the background. Choosing what stamps and dies I was going to use was easy. Above, I used Cheerful Daisies, and below I used Terrific Toadstool stamps and punch. Which is your favourite?

My Stampin’ Up! preorder came in yesterday, and boy was I excited. One of the perks of being a demonstrator is that I get to look at the annual catalogue, and on-line exclusives ahead of the release. If you like that perk and want to be a demonstrator, or hobby demonstrator where you just buy for yourself with a 20% discount, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me.

Have a super weekend!

Product List

As always, enjoy your paper crafting and please share your projects with me. I enjoy seeing what other creative minds come up with and am frequently inspired by them.

Happy Stampin’, Beth
