Why would I be feeling defeat? Well, it’s a long story, but to sum it up: I’ve been hard at work blogging for a year only to discover that my subscribers did not receive any of my updates. How did I react to this news? I became sad, lost interest in my hobby, and lived in self pity for almost two months. Today, I’m back in the saddle, telling myself to work hard to finding blog followers again. This is my third blog and I have lots of catching up to do. Just to clarify, this is my first dedicated Stampin’ Up! blog.
I don’t think it’s a secret that Cheerful Daisies is a favourite stamp/die set of mine. I promise to move on and showcase all the other lovely stamps I have. These beauties were embossed with clear embossing powder and watercoloured with a variety of coloured ink. I do apologize for the poor shadows in this photo.
My recent order arrived from Stampin’ Up! and I’m one happy stamper. This evening I’m going to play with my FREE designer series paper.
Sale-a-bration is on and from now until February 29th you can pick out a free product for every $60 you spend in our special Sale-a-bration catalogue. Let me know if you need the new mini plus the sale-a-bration catalogues.
Have a super weekend. Keep warm!
These are gorgeous cards, Bethie. Brava! I think I’ve gotten all your updates. So sorry the blogging problems got you feeling blue and very happy you have fought against it and will continue blogging. Lots of people blog every day and don’t have one follower or comment. I really admire that because they just continue to blog. Also, people read blogs and never comment, people get updates in their emails and they go to spam and they never check that so they never know. It’s a wonder sometimes anything works, lol. So keep putting it out there, someone sees! XOX
Oh wow these are gorgeous, good for you for not giving up and still enjoying your hobby and now job, good days are ahead!
These are beautiful! Hang in there. I know you will get more followers as time goes by. I love seeing your cards.
