You Made my Day

You made my day is a Stack, Slice and Shuffle technique. Read further along for details and a link to the technique.

Hello Stampin’ Friends,

Here we are in January 2026. Have you made any resolutions or picked a word for the year? I haven’t made any resolutions, but I am going to focus on expanding my creativity in other areas of the art world, and I have already started by signing up for an on-line collage course which I started yesterday. What would you like to do this year to expand your creativity?

Did you know that Stampin’ Up! now has a Product of the Month? It is available for $5 after you spend $100. December’s Product of the Month is the gorgeous paper I used on my card above.

Card Details

Have you heard of the Stack, Slice & Shuffle technique? A big reason I like this technique is because one ends up with multiple cards, each unique so no two cards look exactly alike.

You may have heard of Mary Knabe at Stampn’ Peace with Mary Knabe. I enjoy her One Sheet Wonders along with the Stack, Slice & Shuffle technique as well. The particular technique I followed along with is on YouTube and can be found here. I added my own twist by using Delightful Wishes to decorate the front of my card.

As always, enjoy your paper crafting and please share your projects with me. I enjoy seeing what other creative minds come up with and am frequently inspired by them.

Happy Stampin’

  1. This is so pretty! I like the technique. The papers are so pretty and I like that you added ribbon behind the flower image. Happy New Year!

  2. Beth, this card is a perfect showcase of this beautiful paper pack! Well done, dear friend! I’ve not done any Stack and Shuffle cards, but today’s a new day, right?

Given my situation, I’m sure that you won’t be surprised to learn that my 2026 word is BREATHE. If I can just keep breathing (no oxygen yet!), it will be a major accomplishment!

Now…what set is that Happy Mail stamp on your envelope from? I totally LOVE that! How is it that I’ve not seen it anyplace?

Have a great day – big hugs to you and happy crafting!

  3. I do love those cards that can make multiples and can be used for many different themed cards, these are such pretty papers and I really love your flowers and added ribbon underneath!
