Winter Birthday Wishes was the theme from last night’s card class–my first for 2026.

Hi Stamping Friends!
I hope you had a great weekend and that your week is off to a nice start.
It was a great, and very busy weekend for me because I spent a lot of time preparing for last night’s card class. With Christmas on my plate I wasn’t able to design my cards until Friday evening. Card kits and packing up my cart took up most of the weekend. When I needed a break I went into my small walk-in closet and pulled out what sat in piles. After digging through bins I finally found what I was looking for–a bunting bag, hat & blanket I knitted for my daughter-in-law’s baby shower in two weeks. There was a lunch date with three girlfriends which had to be rescheduled due to a December snow storm. Christmas packages were exchanged and we were all delighted with our gifts. Vera, made us all a gift package that opened up and inside were pockets that held small gift cards, tags and a variety of full-sized cards.
I’m happy to say Vera is finished her chemotherapy and is doing well. She was a machine and completed her Christmas projects and cards.
Today I do not have details on my card because it was a card for my in-person class.
As always, enjoy your paper crafting and please share your projects with me. I enjoy seeing what other creative minds come up with and am frequently inspired by them.
Happy Stampin’

This is such a pretty card! I love the design and tone on tone colors. Nice matching envelope too! Happy New year!
Beautiful card, Bethie!! Such a soft, pretty color, and that matching envelope would make one squeal at the mailbox!!! Great job, as always! Do you remember what shade of pink you used? I’m considering trying a class next month. I do miss it, and my ‘students’ keep asking when I’ll return to classes…we shall see how things go! Hugs…
Pretty embossed background to go with your Big snowflake, like how you carried the background stamping to your envelope!
