With the crisp morning air and leaves turning to a deeper green, it’s feeling like pumpkin spice season.

Hello sweet stamping friends,
Don’t you love this time of year with temperatures that are a little on the cool side? Our summer was such a hot one that we barely sat outdoors. Currently Al and I are in Tobermory enjoying cooler temperatures along with some friends. We’re back at the cottage and as I am writing this Al is busy preparing homemade mac & cheese for supper. A true comfort food. Do you have a comfort food?
We toured around the small town and visited cute little shops in the early afternoon. A few shops closed after Labour Day weekend and the rest will be closing soon. While the men go hiking to the Grotto tomorrow, Linda and I are staying back to work on our Stampin’ Up projects.
I haven’t given an update on my daughter in quite some time. Sarah walked for Ovarian Cancer yesterday along with family & friends. She came a long way since she was first diagnosed with ovarian cancer last October. Sarah has been strong throughout these months and thanks everyone for their prayers and cards.
About my Card
Doesn’t my card give you a sense of sipping your favourite hot drink in the crisp autumn air? I paired Splendid Autumn Designer Series Paper with a retired autumn stamp/die set. Why not do the same?
Christmas in September Workshop
I have one seat that has become available for my Christmas in September workshop on Saturday, September 20th. If you are interested please contact me via my side panel where it says contact, or leave me a comment on this post and I will get in touch with you.
As always, enjoy your paper crafting and please share your projects with me. I enjoy seeing what other creative minds come up with and am frequently inspired by them.

Your card is so pretty and I do love the Fall with all its colors and aromas. I know you are enjoying your trip. Thanks for the update on your daughter. I am glad she is doing much better.
This is a great card – so pretty, and it looks like your photo is color coordinated with the card!!! Beautifully done, dear friend! Wish I could do your class – what fun that would be!
Wow that paper is just gorgeous, and it is great to combine it with the hot cocoa, well that is what I am imagining is in there 🙂
So good to hear your daughter is doing well.
