Let the Designer Series Paper do all the Work

Ten years ago my baby sister and her husband were married in a beautiful outdoor setting in Georgia, US. This is the anniversary card I made for them this year. This card shows you how DSP can do all the work.

Hello there friends,

What started out as a Valentine’s Day card quickly became an Anniversary card simply by adding “your special day.” I love layered cards and adding DSP to the envelope because it adds elegance to the work that was put into the making of the card. I also like to use embossing folders whenever I can–if there’s open space–bam–it’s embossed.

Temperatures have been so much nicer this week, and yes I saw a couple of men in shorts and people bicycling again in 0 degree C (32 degrees F). Canadians are pretty resilient.

Do you have any plans for Valentine’s Day? Tomorrow I’m going to pass out chocolate-filled goodie bags, with a Valentine’s Day card, to my 7 co-workers. For the participants in this week’s card class, I made fingernail file holders using the same DSP Made With Love that I used on my card. Much to my disappointment the nail files I ordered on Amazon won’t arrive until next week so I used what I had on hand.

Thank you for stopping by. As always, enjoy your paper crafting and please share your projects with me. I enjoy seeing what other creative minds come up with and am frequently inspired by them.
