Delicate Pines is a versatile stamp/die set. Earlier I showed my first card using Delicate Pines highlighting gorgeous snowflakes and today I am highlighting pine cones. I’m in the midst of making 10 more pine cone Christmas cards.

Hello Friends!
I hope you’re having a great day and are enjoying the cooler night temperatures. Enjoy the sunshine that fills the sky today.
After a beautiful week of vacation in Tobermory I feel refreshed and ready to jump into class preparations, putting kits together, and planning out October thru December classes. I’ve got so much rolling around my head that I have to pull out my planning book and write down all my thoughts so I can give you the best experience ever! I welcome any input for my November and December classes.
About my card
- Cut two 1″ x 4″ pieces of Designer Series Paper from one pieces of paper, or you can use cardstock and emboss the two pieces the same.
- Cut two 1″ x 2 3/4″ pieces of Designer Series Paper, using a second design.
- Cut white cardstock 1 5/8″ x 2 7/8″.
- Cut the top base at 4″ x 5 1/4″.
- Glue the base of your card onto a white card cut at 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″. When folded at 5 1/2″ you will have created a white card.
- Glue your strips of Designer Series Paper to your coloured base as seen above.
- Using the base of the pine cone die, cut two pieces in Crumb Cake.
- Using the top of the pine cone die, cut two pieces in Early Espresso.
- Turn the Early Espresso pine cone over and very delicately add a few dots of glue. With your Take Your Pick Tool, carefully place the Crumb Cake diecuts and place onto the Early Espresso.
- Using the largest pine tree sprigs, cut a total of three in Shaded Spruce.
- Using your desired Christmas sentiment, stamp along the bottom of the white center piece.
- Glue the pine sprigs to the back of the pine cones and place onto the white center.
- Glue smaller base card to the white card.
- Using red ribbon or twine, place a bow along the top of the pinecones.
As always, enjoy your paper crafting and please share your projects with me because I enjoy seeing what other creative minds come up with and am frequently inspired by them. Have a good one!
Happy Stampin,
