Ocean Anniversary was made for our anniversary in August. Near and dear to my heart is the ocean that I left behind when I moved home to Ontario after spending 14 years between PEI and Nova Scotia. Al’s love of the water comes from him owning a boat. Our water/ocean wedding invitations and thank you cards were handmade by me with the help of a couple of girlfriends.

Hello stampers,
Did you have a nice week? I most certainly did. If you read my post from Tuesday you would have read that we vacationed with some friends in Tobermory. We’re just about to pull out and venture home so I’ll keep this post brief.
I’ve been wanting to use my Everyday Arches and found the perfect card to do just that. It allowed me to use several retired sets, plus add the mosaic using a variety of blue cardstock colours. I cut out lots of pieces of cardstock and spent a fair amount of time piecing them together to create a mosaic. Upon finishing my mosaic I inked it all over with VersaMark and sprinkled clear embossing powder on top and heat embossed to give it a glass-like sheen.

Have a great weekend!
As always, enjoy your paper crafting and please share your projects with me. I enjoy seeing what other creative minds come up with and am frequently inspired by them.
