Peek-a-Boo Book Fold

I’m having alots of fun playing with the new Coneflower Celebrations. My July card class consisted of three cards using Coneflower Celebrations. Today’s card was one of them.

Hi there stamping friends!

Here we are inching our way through July. Next week all Demonstrators will get a peek into the upcoming September mini catalogue. I am so very excited because I’m already working behind the scenes on my Christmas in September and we will be working with new product from that catalogue.

Here’s where the peek-a-boo comes in. Is this cute or what? As you can see there is a lot of ink blending. The class participants thoroughly enjoyed learning to ink blend. It adds eye-catching dimension for sure.

The inside coneflower was stamped out onto a piece of paper before restamping on the inside cardstock. This is called second generation stamping, and works great when one stamps out a darker sentiment over top like I did above.

Have a terrific week. As always, enjoy your paper crafting and please share your projects with me. I enjoy seeing what other creative minds come up with and am frequently inspired by them.

Happy Stampin’

  1. This is one of ‘those’ sets! When it first came out, I didn’t think I’d like it, and now, I’m loving everything I see with it!!! This is stunning – those colors absolutely pop! Someone will be jumping up and down when they find this in their mailbox! Thanks for sharing – I might actually end up *needing* this set!
